I must say! The staff here is fantastic. My family and I were in a jam today that we just couldn't fight our way out of....no matter how hard Kristopher from Georgia tried. 😪Thank you again..

Not once but twice has my husband called asked for a part told by them that they'd order it then to call the next day to check on it saying they can't find that he ordered it I did this yesterday they said it be in by 5 yesterday call at 5 they said they never showed up and that it'd be in the next day and so he called on his lunch break the next day and they said they couldn't find that he ever ordered the part like. I said it has not happened just once it's happened twice so either they don't have a good system or something but won't be using AutoZone again

I've been going to this Autozone for years and I have always had great help and service here. They seem to do a good job at staffing very knowledgeable employees who know what they are talking about and who are ready to help you as they can. Favorite car parts store I've been to hands down.

They have no clue of what to do. The staff knows nothing about automotive parts or how to handle getting the correct parts I think they should shut the store down because we have plenty other automotive buildings in the area that know what they're doing staff has no knowledge of anything. Close down the store how's that buddy

The staff is knowlegable and willing to help. They ask detailed questions about your vehicle to ensure you are buying the right part for the proper make/model, engine configuration, yada yada. They will often open the box and ask if it looks like the part in question, just in case. Most of the time it does, but every once in a while I encounter a technological marvel that must have originated from the engine room of the NCC-1701-D. Or a mudflap. Then I have to admit I must have flubbed the vehicle description and, after a slight delay, receive my correct part.

So it's Friday...I get some very reasonably priced pads because my brakes were making noises... Get home and one of the calipers are froze...I call back and they don't have them in stock.BUT they got the caliper in the store within 2 hours. Because of the awesomeness of AutoZone I was able to replace everything Friday and was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend! And everything was priced awesomely.

Great staff. Quickly hooked me up with a battery, installed it, and I was on my way. Even got a military discount. Thanks!
