Great service and good place to find what you need for repairs

Spoke with employees about a couple of things. They were all kind, courteous.and eager to help.

Thought it was poor customer service when refused to hook computer to my car ,all in name of covid.lol Everything in store has been handled by way more people than my car.Why not shut store down for customers safety

Autozone here in Brewton, AL has never let me down on service. They may not always have the part but they will do all they can to help you. I have to say the only thing they can fall short on is having the parts. That's not the employees fault, but that has been the only drawback there, and it's not all that often.

What ever happened to treating customers nice.. put my items on the counter said hello..nothing rang me up and never said a thing. Just walked off No hello good-bye. Have a nice day thanks for shopping here... nothing..Any jobs I ever had I would of been fired on The spot....

Heading to NC with my travel trailer while traveling alone, Ken was a great help, friendly and courteous when i had to come from 65 N for oil pressure switch as my check engine light came on, Ken suggested northside auto repair to install, they took me right in! Grateful Grateful 🙏🏼
