Just left auto zone and had awesome experience with Joe and Gabe. They took time to find the parts I needed and even helped put them on. When one part didn’t work they kept looking and trying untill they came to a solution that did. Very friendly very helpful!

Slow as hell and never has parts always has to order them and when I asked did they put it on my AutoZone card to get a point towards getting 20.00 credit.get out side and look at my receipt and noticed they didn't,so I go back to take it in and they done locked the door and told me to bring it back in the morning, like it would have been to much to fix it right then!!!!!I always liked AutoZone but I will not be getting my parts there anymore!!!!!!!

This place has all my parts for my 89 honda accord, which r very hard to find otherwise. So if u need parts for ur vehicles this is the place to hook up to. They will treat u right n the prices r very fair too. Loving it n will definitely be worth it to me to be coming bk again and again. :)))

This is an okay place to get parts. They are always inviting and helpful here from what I can tell. Just remember you get what you pay for so don’t buy the value line and expect to get long life from it. I am actually an auto tech of 20+ years. If you’re going into one of these mass parts dealers looking for people who knows cars regardless of what the commercials say stop. I actually worked for the company long ago and they actually didn’t like that I didn’t let customers just buy and throw parts at a car they wanted me to just shut up and sell it even if the customer was describing something to me that wasn’t what they needed. After all this is retail work and that’s the only experience you need to have and even then that experience is nominal as they train you the way they want you. None the less sometimes you get that gem and from time to time you get a guy at one of these stores like me that just won’t be told to shut up and sell parts if you don’t need it and will help guide you the right direction. Others you will have the guy who thinks he knows what he’s talking about and is better off selling produce at a grocery store. I can’t be the judge of anyone specific at this store as I don’t require advice but I’ve never had anyone in town tell me the guy at AutoZone told me to put this on my car that had nothing to do with what my problem was and believe me I’ve had it happen plenty from other stores. 5 how to 5 help me with my mechanical problem on my Ford Escape was no fuss we just went in there and work together and got it fixed what Firestone was going to charge me was $650 to get something fixed it would have been only cost me $3 my advice never go to Firestone and get anything done on your vehicle because of the simple fact is the lady blew up on me over there after I fix the problem and called me a freak they will be getting a review later but the fact of the matter is the people over at AutoZone we're very helpful and very knowledgeable of parts and service if you have some mechanical inclination to be able to fix your own vehicle with just a handful of tools 5 out of 5 would recommend
