Had everything I needed called the store and they pulled the parts and they were waiting for me when I got there

stopped here yesterday to pick up oil and filter when walmart was out of stock on what i wanted, glad i did because they had bundle deals on oil and filters which i bought for roughly the same price as walmart. the guy behind the counter was very helpful,grabbed all my stuff for me and asnwered any questions about what i bought.it may cost 5 or 10 dollars more here but its well worth it to what you need when you need it.a bargin aint any good if they dont have it in stock so i may get my oil and filters here from now on.

They had my lights out of stock but other choices available. Asked of they had backstock and they went to check the shelf if there was any, another guy knew they didn't keep backstock. Went to pay and they placed wiper blades in a bag....because they totally fit in a plastic bag....dudes seemed a little....well....high...but functioning.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I was terribly in need of new windshield wiper blades so I stopped by my local AutoZone and as always they do not disappoint. The man who assisted me was extremely nice and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He even took the time to explain to me the different types of windshield wiper blades they had to offer and which one would be a best match for me personally. After I had been checked out he even offered to replace my old windshield wipers with the new ones free of charge and also fill up my windshield wiper fluid. He went above and beyond and his kindness definitely did not go unnoticed, I wish more people could be like this sales associate.

Great service. I went into the rest area to use the bathroom and when I came out the car wouldn't start. I had had my original battery for 5 years and 4 months and wish I would have just replaced it on the 5-year mark rather than waiting for it to fail. Anyway a nice lady jumped me and I went back to the nearest AutoZone and they replaced it right away. UPDATE: I should have gone to the Nissan dealer for my car. The engine started running kind of rough and the check engine light came on for the first time ever. Come to find out that my car requires a special tool only available at the dealer when the battery is exchanged. Now I will have to pay to remedy this issue on top of the cost of the battery. Ouch.

I called the store and asked if someone could come out and check my engine light, since I had my 3 yr old with me and they were out in no time. The gentleman was very professional, nice, and helpful. I was pleased with the service!

I have forgotten his name, but he was at the location by himself for awhile. He helped me and others and was very kind. Even tho he had trouble with installing my rear wiper and my taillight, he got it done! Conover, NC store near Walmart Supercenter.

Brian (hopefully spelled correctly) was quick to greet me today when I went in the Conover store. He grabbed the car battery tester in one fluid motion, and raced me to the door which he held open for me. He tested my battery and told me I should take it back where I purchased it in case it was still under warranty. He is a perfect example of great customer service.Thank you, Brian!
