Great service! Went to the store on 10th. We have been having issues with our battery and It was freezing cold outside. I asked for a replacement, since it was under warranty. They said no problem. I asked if they could install it for me. The manager (Guadalupe) said she would, even though they usually don't if it is below double digits. Haven't had any issues since. She was extremely polite and helpful. Definitely the type of customer service to keep me coming back!

Was not impressed other than they have alot of parts. Store was dirty. Staff did as little as possible. I figured out why quickly. The Store Manager lady was not helpful at all. It showed the wipers I wanted was at this store. Went to the wiper area, they were out. Ok, no big deal. She tried to sell me blades that I didn't want and tried to talk me out of what I wanted by saying the blades I wanted were garbage. Then she told me the ones I wanted are probably in the back, but that she was too busy to go back and get them. I just left the store and went down the street to OReillys. They had them in stock and I asked about them. The person told me everyone there uses them with good results. I bought them there and they will now be my first stop.

Super nice workers. Store clean and organized. Had the parts I needed and don't forget to sign up for the Auto Zone Rewards program. You get money back after spending so much. Win win if you want my opinion if not well I guess not a win win.

I must share this experience... Stopped in on a long distance family camp trip pulling our camper over 2000 miles. Batteries on my diesel were drained and dying. It was a pretty stressful time since we're about to head to Glacier Ntl Park.Izzy, (employee of the year *hint *hint AutoZone Corp.) not only helped figure out the best option to fix the situation, but also helped install both batteries. Izzy was helpful, friendly and help make a day better for someone else... Five of us actually. Why would you not come here for any autopart need?? Thanks Izzy, we appreciated the help!

I went in to get some things for my hubby, and the young kid at the counter was very kind and helped me get what I was looking for. Very nice service and nice men. It had also snowed and one employee I remember seeing before I came in made sure to clean the whole sidewalk for the customers.

10th ave branch has a manager who has no idea what she is doing. But one of the floor managers is awesome he treats woman with the utmost respect and is very accommodating to all his customers Chris is very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. There are a few others that know the business. But I would only deal with Chris no matter what store he works at.
