Great service there were about 7 people in the store and Heather took care of everyone, pretty quick considering she was by herself!!

Very good products but they don't have nearly as much stuff as some do and their prices are a little higher up then the other auto parts places in haleyville but they do get yiu in and out with out having to stand in line for 30 minutes and they do offer battery charging and free diagnostics for your car

A great store my niece was broke down at the store in russellville Al. And the employees stayed after the store was closed and repaired her car it was a minor fix but they only charged her 2 dollars that's southern hospitality and professionalism at its best. Thank you all

They ordered the wrong part for my truck and now they don't have the money to refund me. They had no problem taking my money but I am having trouble because of their mistake of getting my money back

Stopped By this auto zone for a starter for my truck, I was in this area working I'm from approximately 200 miles north I was getting help from Heather she was looking up my part and she was looking to make sure I got the correct part considering there was several different choices.The store manager came out of the back saying there was a 5 minute time limit on helping customers she was extremely rude If she would have been helping answer phones and take care of other customers instead of making her do it all there wouldn't be an issue, I don't know but someone higher up needs to do something because there were about 5 customers in there and they all said the same thing,I will never step foot in there again she is ridiculous I feel bad for the employees!
