This is one place you know you can go for competitive prices and usually have anything you're looking for in stock! I have never had a problem with returning items as long as you bring it back the same way you got it, with a receipt or some way to back it up. Very helpful employees are always willing to go the extra length to get you what you need. One of very few that actually acknowledge veterans also! Meaning we get recognized for what we have done to keep United States safe, and in return they offer veteran discounts! Not many places can say they offer the same thing, thank you AutoZone.!

This has to be one of the best auto zones in all of Portland metro area. First of all, they had every part I needed. I spoke with Mr Byron over the phone prior to showing up. He verified all the parts were in stock. This man needs a raise, he is very knowledgeable. Very helpful and was also kind enough to help me bring the parts to my car.Also thank you for being open until 10pm Keep it up!

Yes I visited this place and I found it too be clean respectful staff. There's lots of Cool gadgets to look at but also for every car needs and plus always remember that the staff is there to help you with anything that you need. They are very trained and also a wonderful smile 😊 too greet you. One more thing they don't take advantage of woman and seniors now that's what I call Love for the customers. Peace always.

What a great experience! Took the tour,, fed and walked an alpaca and picked up an awesome hat and dryer balls. Very informative. And what an amazing store!

Knowledgeable staff. Good selection. One of the better auto parts stores in Portland. Some of them are completely worthless,they just tell you to go to the other Autozone 10 blocks away.

The staff are not knowledgeable, I was looking for a flasher can. The clerk said they have flasher cans for a specific models of cars. She told my mechanic friend to do his research to find out what kind of can he needed. He just needed the basic can with two wires coming off of it, she would not sell us one.

You go there get someone that know something I call for a part and she. Wanted to charge me more money and I was toll what the price was and she wanted to charge me more money she said that's not the price it this so I said no I don't want it I came back k the next day and got it for the price they toll me
