Ask for Devin, he is sharp and on the ball really knows his stuff. Last year I needed a specific type battery for my compact tractor. The other guy said there was none available. Devin overhead our conversation and asked to look at my old battery. He then walked over to the battery area and grabbed exactly what I needed. Another time was an air filter for my 20 year old diesel truck. He found it immediately. Then there was the time I needed an air filter for my compact tractor. He looked it up, said he didn't have one but said NAPA did and he was right. Excellent customer service.

My brother drive in from Chicago. Woke up to dead battery. Ben was awesome. He not only answered questions, installed the battery, but also did a check on alternator, starter and new battery. Great service! Going forward if my car needs anything, will be going to this Auto Zone

I dunno who was working this past Saturday, but all three employees (one female and one male former military guy) and some other dude i can't remember any identifying features of....were working and assisting me with my busted van. They let me borrow a couple of tools, a funnel, and offered some advice based on what we could see wrong with it.I just really appreciated that they were willing to even look at the vehicle which is well beyond their scope of duty and offer some advice. lots of other folks would just say not my job and I dont want responsibility if im wrong.The first suggestion wasnt' entirely right, but it did end up letting us rule out and finding out what the actual issue was. And turns out, that was entirely correct now that I got my baby home and took her apart to find out whats up.So thank you, from a non-car savvy dude to your team. I really appreciated the effort you guys gave us.

In my opinion they're not well versed when comes to the industry. There are two guys there that know what they're talking about.

Good most of the time, depending on who you get. There's one guy (I think he's the manager) who's super knowledgeable and helpful. But I've had others there who seem to have no idea what they're doing, or how to help you find what you need. I've found that going in later in the day you'll have a better chance of getting the knowledgeable manager instead of the young clueless kids.

Such helpful staff, they carry great product lines.. Just an all around pleasant experience!

I've used AutoZone for years, and I highly recommend the Marinette branch. I broke a wiper with our last snowfall. I thought I was going to have to buy a replacement, but the young man who helped me was able to fix it with an extra part they had in the store. I was charged nothing for this service. That's unbeatable service!

Amazing! Ordered an alternator as I had just purchased a battery less than a year ago so diagnosed an alternator. He ran the codes, and it came back as a bad battery. Instead of pushing the sale, he told me I should go back to the store I had the warranty for! Best service ever! I will be an AutoZone customer for life!

I like their prices and member benefits. Good quality parts. Staff seemed knowledgeable and customer oriented. I'll be back for sure.
