Bought a motorcycle battery. Went home and installed it in my bike. Got half a crank, the battery was dead. I took it back and asked for another one and if we could check it to make sure it was good before I left the store and was told yes. I grabbed the new battery and the employee started ringing me up. I said that I wanted to check the battery before I left to make sure it was good, remember? The employee then said oh, we can't check those. So thank you for listening the first time, oh wait.......

I went to buy windshield wipers and Gary offered to help me find them, and even came outside and put them on for me. I'm a widow whose husband used to do all of that for me; it was so nice to receive help without even having to ask.

This doesn’t even deserve a star. They need more employees. Always a ridiculous long wait anytime I go in. I received zero help with checking my codes. They gave me the machine and just assumed I knew how to do it. Other locations generally point me in the right direction, but the employees at this location just gave me the paper and went on to the next customer. I will not go to this location again

Bart was very helpful! We got a new headlight bulb for our car and didn't know how to put it in, and he did it for us even though the car is built in a super annoying way and he had to take the battery out to change the headlight. Also cleaned corrosion off of the battery and recommended a place to get snow tires. A+

This is been my go-to AutoZone store for years cuz I always seem to have what I need and somebody helpful to put it in my hands and get me out the door quickly

Ladies and gentlemen. This AutoZone is well stocked with parts. I ordered a new engine from them. The process was easy. They made sure I received the correct engine using the VIN number. It fit perfectly. I've replaced so many parts with them I couldn't name them all. Remember this: I purchased a cheap fuel pump from Amazon. It was terrible it produced way low pressure. I purchased a Delphi pump from Autozone and scored the correct fuel pressure. Getting the correct part is key to any repair job. These guys are great. I buy and rent tools here as well. When I broke a socket and breaker bar they proved the lifetime warranty was good. They replaced it no questions asked. I will all ways use this store. Keep up the great work boys.

The assistant manager Kaleb C was awesome. Super helpful and knowledgeable. He even offered to let us use his tools so we didn't have to buy some. I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Amazingly helpful and kind. I had the pleasure of working with Bart from AutoZone at this Orem location. I thought I needed a new battery and he helped me confirm my suspicions. He was helpful with jumping my car, and doing a battery test. I ended up buying a new battery, since I drive a hybrid, AutoZone can’t install the batteries, but Bart came outside with me, loaned me the needed tools, and coached me through the entire thing. Top notch customer service, attitude, and friendliness. I’ll be back for sure.

I just came in to buy some brake light bulbs for my Fiat 500, and I was prepared to come home and crack into it myself to replace it, and to my surprise, Bart and Isaiah offered to help me change it out real quick! I am so grateful for their help today, it saved me so much time and I was able to get back to work promptly! Thank you for being an awesome place to shop for my car parts, I'm sure I will be back!
