I just had a pleasant experience at Auto Zone. My battery was terribly corroded. I needed a jump start the other day and after a diagnostic test at a different store was told I needed an alternator. My car has 25,000 miles a 2018 I just couldn’t believe it. Granted I know little about vehicles but it didn’t sit right with me. I askedJames Bailey at Auto Zone to come and just look at the corrosion. He not only sold me the battery he installed it. He was so kind. Great employee!

James Bailey has helped me twice now and both times he’s went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and informed properly. He is an asset to this store!

Good but a little slow checking out

Picked up a car paint match it didn't work but the service was great!!

We were out of town and our truck started running bad. We stopped at the closest Auto Zone and they were more than helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Associate James Bailey hooked up the diagnostic and we realized it was a coil that had gone bad. Not only did James help us diagnose the problem, he helped us change the coil as well and used some of his own tools to do it. Even though some of this was part of his job, we feel he went above and beyond to help us. Great service!!!

I had a flat over the weekend after the towing company informed me that I needed a special tool to take the lug nuts off I was in a panic. Arrived at AutoZone and they were so helpful and we finally figured out which one would work. They took a very stressful situation and turned it around. Thanks AutoZone! Had it been O’Reilly’s we would’ve had to make 15 trips before they’d inform us that they don’t have it.

Perfect..they always help and make sure everything is right

My experience was not as good as usual. I bought a radiator cap and found that it wouldn't fit my car. The woman I dealt with when trying to return it, first looked up the wrong part in her computer even though she had the part in the box in her hand. Then she blamed me for her mistake.I felt like I was putting her out by coming in and making her work. I explained the problem and showed her the actual cap that came off the car. When I told her it didn't fit, she did try to see if maybe it was the wrong part in the box. Once we determined that wasn't the problem, I felt like she expected me to just keep a part that wouldn't work. I finally had to flat out state I wanted to return it and get my money back before she would accept that I said I wanted to return it when I initiated the process.I went to O'Reilly's immediately after and got one that fit and cost less.

I think if you pass them up and go another two blocks you'll get a much better deal at Napa everything will be about half the price of AutoZone's price but you do what you want
