When ever I need a part that I can trust, AutoZone is my go to. The guys in there are very helpful in helping finding and getting what I need.

Ronnie and Troy helped me out so much. My battery died and they not only sold me a new one but Ronnie worked very hard in the heat to put my new one on! Thanks for going the extra mile so I could get back on the road

I went there cause my engine light was on guy says easy fix I'm like how easy only $106.99 easy but for the part it was saying I was needing I actually saw where google showed Auto Zone to have it for $24.99. Personally I think he saw it's a woman and if I up sale this $25 part for an extra $82 I can get rich. I went to o'Reilly

The attendant was super nice and friendly. Scanned my car for the problem free of charge and gave very helpful solutions and recommended nearby shops.

Was not pleased with this location. Staff were polite enough but it is a pretty well known thing that if your local autozone has a tool then you will be able to use it or "rent" it rather. Typically this applies to the higher end specialty tools but a few days before the visit here, I was in Paris an stopped at the location and was able to borrow some simple trim tools to fix the drip molding on my Acura. Hoping for a similar experience, I stopped here and was generally unimpressed with the response I got, along with the lack of knowledge of what tools they even had to sell. I ended up getting a type of trim tool set and just returning it the next day. Perhaps they have a better rapport and knowledge with regulars? Not quite sure.

Called beforehand good thing I did got pulled over on the way because of a headlight. He was even kind enough to install it for me because I'm mechanically illiterate. Super service!!!

Greg is great about helping! Especially when I know nothing about what to do or purchase. Best thing, they always come out & help fix the problem,if they can, so when I leave everything is good to go. Any problems they can't fix, they tell you what's wrong & options of where to go to get it fixed. Always my go to store!

AutoZone is good place to get parts and always friendly people but the only thing that I don't understand they have a guarantee like Craftsman on their tools but it don't matter how good your guarantee is if you still bust your knuckles because of a tool malfunction. I tried to get that through the guy's head that was at our place but he didn't understand obviously he's not a mechanic. Besides that the place is great great great.
