Called about a part. They said they pulled it and went to pick up. Wasnt the correct part, was told rudely it was my fault because i didnt tell them specifics. Funny thing, i record all my phone calls and i definitely did tell them all the correct info. That was fine, whatever. They had the correct part and my mechanic called...they were rude to him as well. Wouldve gladly purchased the correct part but since they want to treat us and our mechanic rudely, i will gladly take my business elsewhere.
