I’m not going to come on here and be rude because they seem like nice people but…Just save yourself the time and money and take your business somewhere else. Just take this review as a warning and don’t buy a vehicle here. We bought a truck but I wish we would’ve looked elsewhere. Too many problems from start to end.

Bad bad business! CARLOS knew he sold us a lemon! Bought my son a truck, 2 hours after leaving check engine light and oil pressure sensor stayed on! Had to take it back like 4 times and they sent it to Chevy dealership and of course couldn't find any problems but sensor for oil pressure and check engine stayed on! Truck broke down after 4 months and sat for 2 months all while making truck pymts to bank! Motor costs $3350 and having it installed which they charged us $1571 to install with a supposed discount. I talked pymts with the mechanic which is his brother Jr and he said it was fine then all the sudden he can't pick up his truck unless full pymt of $1571 is made! We already paid $3350 in cash and are expected to have that kind of money in hand! Very very upset and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!

Went there to purchase a used car for my husband for Father's Day. I'm a veteran with full benefits and award letter. They said I needed a co-signer so our sons happily showed up. Took their lunch breaks to do so. They said.." Not enough". Bring more proof of address and employment. They did that. Two worked @ Key energy, the other worked for the railroad. Excellent jobs, excellent pay. Still not enough. We had papers all over the office. They turned us away and our sons had nothing on their credit at all . I went back to the west coast, got a vehicle with no problem and brought it back to Williston. So...we are African American, had great jobs..but, no vehicle for us..

Baja Auto is by far the best dealership I have ever been to!! I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your vehicle needs! Carlos and Oscar worked with me and got me into 2 vehicles so far and I am in love with both of them! They are some of best vehicles I've ever owned and they have no problems! I went to 2 other dealerships in Williston and got the run around from both of them. Baja is the only one to help me! Thank you Carlos and Oscar and thank you Baja! I will definitely be back!

This family is amazing. I needed a vehicle for me and my 3 kids fast and they did not disappoint. Good price, made sure it was what I wanted, and fast! Had a small issue and they got me in in 1 day to fix it. Fast service, great people always willing to help you. Willing to stay late to work with you and always treated with respect and kindness. Will be buying a second vehicle from them when the time comes. They really saved me when I felt like no one was willing to work with me!Really disappointed after a year and a half they dont return calls and I want another vehicle from there. Sad for them I'll go somewhere else.

They were outstanding in replacing my suspension and worked with me every step of the way. Wouldn't even risk getting my vehicle dirty they were that concerned. Manager personally called me and made sure if I had issues to come back to make sure they were fixed promptly. Service was far above that of all the other places in Williston.

I'm a first time buyer. The service I received at Baja was excellent! The pricing was fair and they were able to get me into the car that I wanted quickly, and smoothly. Couldn't ask for better service... Will definitely continue to do business here and would recommend Baja to anybody!
