Had a customer at my shop that accidentally bought the wrong transmission. They were absolutely no help trying to resolve the problem and get the right transmission to me. Wouldn't even go look at thetransmission to make sure it was the right one. Was told " I'm not going to do anything until you ride up here and show me a receipt." Absolutely terrible customer service. All these one star ratings are accurate.

Had bought a trailblazer. Not even a week later the trans was messed up. Took them two weeks to come and get it. Then they kelp it for weeks.got it back and trans was worst that before. Had put 1300 down and the 2nd payment was due and only had possession of it for maybe 2 weeks. Called to speak with owner several times and not once did he call back. The lady at the desk was rude as hell.will never get anything from there or recommend them to anybody. They would even work with us on anything.was wanting just to get another car but was told they can't do that. The only way we could was put another down payment on whatever we wanted.but we would lose all the other money

Do get yourself in more debt! I understand the definition of having poor credit but it'll only leave you in a worse situation. Cars have underlying issues that you will end up paying out of your own pockets. Tow fees will be issued...if repossessed or you let car go back any items in vehicle will be charged $100 to retrieve and interest is ridiculously high and slipped in contract fine print...If I'd been wiser I def would have just waited til later instead of paying a bout $20k for a 5k car (2005 Chrysler 300)

This place is absolutely despicable. Sickening business practices are the norm here. To give a bit of background, we decided to purchase a vehicle from these people a year ago, but unbeknownst to us, the vehicle was absolutely riddled with mechanical issues. The serpentine belt broke within 3 days on the road. The hub assemblies, rotors, struts, ball bearings, bushings and basically the entire suspension system on the front end was already destroyed. The transmission skips in first when the vehicle first starts. The radiator had a small, unknown leak which, over the course of a few months, caused the radiator to bust completely. The list of problems literally goes on and on.Their warranty is absolute trash. I was guaranteed a mechanical fix should anything go wrong within the limits of my contract" yet they've refused to help with major mechanical issues (not even transmission issues, as promised!!!) Their customer seevice is a joke, their employees are rude, and now they threaten to sue because I need to return this piece of trash on 4 wheels. How shameful. I will be seeking assistance should a case against these crooked, no contract honoring, despicable business practicing thieves.I hope that my complaints, as well as many others here, will deter future business away from these people. Do not waste your money there! You will regret it and it will come back to bite you! If I could rate 0 out of 5, I would.

10/26/16 Was prospecting my first financed vehicle and was drawn to a mid 2000's Nissan Titan. Was offering $2500 down for what I assume is about a $11,000 truck. It was a sharp truck had some typical signs of wear but nothing too serious. Had what appeared to be a leveling kit with coil spacers and some small leaf blocks with nice Bilstein rear shock absorbs. I was inquiring about the truck I was sort of in a rush and the younger salesman was doing his best to pay attention to the time. While sitting there the sales rep approached what I assume was the manager/owner (he never introduced himself) he got a phone call and began to curse and undermine some third person to whoever he was on the phone with. This is not a large office and it was very gross customer service. I'm close to my bible and I didn't appreciate such language especially from what I guess to be a over 30 year old man. The sales rep approached him about my down payment and he laughed and said "That's a damn $30,000 truck hell no" the sales rep corrected him stating he was talking about the Nissan Titan and not the 2015-2013 Toyota Tundra. He said "Oh well hell we might be able to do that" He never once said hello to me or made me feel welcome. I was at this point very offended and made up an excuse about the time trying to leave (I had almost an hour still of time). The sale rep was very kind and got me the some paper work to fill out to complete the process. Frankly with such gross customer service I am actually worried about my personal information such as my Drivers Licence Number and Social Security information that I provided for the application process. Not 30 minutes down the road I received some calls from some random numbers claiming I had "won" a reward of some sort. The operator stated I had visited a "credit related affiliate" and that I was picked out of so many people. VERY unprofessional and I HIGHLY recommend you look else ware for you first no credit/bad credit finance buy. I asked for the mans name and was told it was Scott or Mark Ham. I don't remember but Idk if that is even the truth. I would not trust these people any farther than I could throw them.

I would give no stars if that was an option. This place is despicable. They say there is a warranty if the transmission or engine has issues, that's a lie. Do not waste your time talking to their customer service employees either.

Too many horrific stories of bad customer service and bad cars for me. I have never dealt with people like this but I heard the stories. Be careful when purchasing a car people.

Horrible place!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I drove from conyers to here after I spoke with them on the phone, for me to get here and them want WAY more than what the cars was worth, I was about to test drive one but as soon as he crank it I could hear the transmission problems.
