called to inquire about parts around noon, was told theywould call me back soon. a couple hours passed and icalled again, as i was in the area and live an hour away, iwanted to inquire again before i left for home but when icalled again i was met with nothing but attitude andrudeness as soon as the call was picked up. before icould even get the words out of my mouth, i wasspoken over and told that he already saw that i calledand that he would call me back. 30 minutes before theyclosed, they called just to say they don't have anything.have never been to this business before and had heardnothing but good things before i called but after all thatattitude for nothing but a question, and absolutely 0help, i definitely will not be returning. if you're lookingfor salvaged parts, look elsewhere.

My shop and I have purchased 2 or 3 transmissions from here in the past year, and none of them were in working condition. Currently sitting down and staring at a transmission pan full of large chunks of metal. We are very disappointed.

I'm extremely grateful for their services! They save my life yesterday after my road side assistance stood me up for more than 2 hours. They took care of my emergency, took my car, no charge for overnight stay and they brought my car to the shop, like they promise. The best thing was the Tow driver was very friendly and comprehensive plus they gives me a very good rate from Ware to Worcester! I totally recommend their services!
