I called my insurance provider and explained my situation. The rep asked for my policy number and verified information. Rep stated he would call the vendor to assist me. I received a courtesy phone call from the vendor and “Jim” had my situation resolved within 10 minutes. He made my life a lot better in a short matter of time. Thank you again Jim. Very friendly and courteous…10 ⭐️‘s!!!

Wasn't that pleased, told an amount for repair only to be told higher amount the next day, believe it or not a 3rd time the quote given went up more than doubled from the 1st quote. Now repair was to put a tire on that needed new lug nuts, I provided the tire already on the wheel, went from 15 bucks to nearly 200$

We GREATLY appreciated the guy who came and helped us! He went back to get a bigger truck to carry us all back to town with him. And ya being from out of town, he accompanied us to several hotels to make sure we could get a room! He found us a place to get our tires fixed and all! When I first called to get a part fixed on my Toyota Tacoma the guy I talked to on the phone said it would be $75-$97 to fix. (I brought the parts they would need to fix it) When I dropped my truck off I told them if something came up and for some reason the price went up to call me first. They called me 30 minutes later saying it was going to cost right at $200, so I told him that's not what the guy quoted me that I would just come get it and fix it myself. So they asked who I talked to and I couldn't remember the guys name so he said he would call me back in a few minutes, and within 5 minutes he called back and said sorry about the misunderstanding but they always like to keep their word and only charged me $97 for it,,, I've taken vehicles to other places and almost always the price goes up but for them to believe me when I told them someone told me $97 and not just think I was trying to put one over on them was pretty awesome and after that they was done with my truck within an hour and a half.

These guys r awesome..I had a friend who parked at an unathorrized place and it was going to cost me $295 and they just charged $150..These guys came through and gave me a great deal!! I will have these guys tow me my next tow! They r awesome and I recommend them to anybody needing a tow!! They turned around an unfortunate situation and made things so much better for me!! I've known Vernon since we were kids, so yeah, my opinion may come off as a little biased...But, Barker's speaks for itself. The work staff on hand at Barker's, are professional and beyond knowledgeable, including Vernon.Each time I need repair work, inspections, or even suggestions or advice... If there is something Barker's aren't able to do, or don't offer, they'll be quick to lend you the info on who they trust with doing the job or service.I've never known Vernon to not help anyone, in any situation, if he's able to...hell, even if he isn't, he'll still try. And that includes at the shop, and outside the auto and tow business. Vernon's just a good guy.Regardless of my personal relationship with Vernon...BARKER'STOWING& AUTOSHOP...is just where I go!It's who I use, and it's who I reccomend when I'm asked.It has been since they've opened and I don't see that changing any time in the future.

I had a flat tire, stuck in the side of the road, called Barkers and they were quick to get there, loaded my car and drove me to the tire shop, driver was very friendly and professional. I have also had them work on my car a few times and they are fast, friendly and the prices are not outrageous, very affordable.. highly recommended Barker!!
