They have terrible phone communication when they don’t show up on time. Even if they push the appointment they don’t notify anybody of the change. Nobody answers the phones either. We were hung up on, and ignored when we asked why we never received any update from them. They never showed to pick up our vehicle, and then ignored us when we asked when they could get the vehicle and we’re rude. (Im not interested to speak with customer service when you write your automatic reply. Im just interested in letting other people know they shouldn’t use your company.)Service: Local hauling

Used Baul's towing through Peddle (site to sell cars). I had my non-drivable vehicle picked up by them with no hassle and paid immediately. No effort on my part. They even travelled to the site (1.5 hours away) and picked up the car without me even having to be there. Great service and people!

I contacted them because I had a 2005 Saturn ion that I needed to get rid of. They sent me an offer of 455.00. They made an appointment to meet me on Monday. The driver came and spoke to me and loaded the car onto the bed of the truck. I handed him the title and he asked me to get into his truck to sign paperwork. At that time he said he text his boss and the boss said they are only willing to give 350. I said I would be willing to accept 375. He said that his boss said ok. He then asks me if I have change and I didn’t so he handed me 400.00 and said have a blessed day. I got out of the truck and was walking back to my vehicle and the driver started beeping the horn. He tells me that his boss said no and he only wants to give you 250.00. It was insane. The car was in running condition like they asked so I really don’t know what the problem was all the sudden. If there was a problem for the quoted amount why wouldn’t they figure all that out before loading it onto the rollback. It just seemed very unprofessional to me.

They were sent to pick up two vehicles through Peddle. The offer on both vehicles was $465. They took one and paid me $450 because the driver didn't have change and refused the other vehicle because the Catalytic Convertor wasn't worth enough. Very unprofessional.

Terrible people, they never came to pick up my vehicle even though we set up a time. I got my title signed and notarized the day before and then they ghosted me. I tried calling 20 times in 2 days, Terrible people, terrible business NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. Now I have to get a new title because they lied to me. Service: Local hauling

I had a car that I wanted to junk and all of the surrounding towing services I called told me they would pick it up for free but they weren't offering to buy any cars right now. Bauls towing gave me a quote, came when they said they would and the guy was awesome! He handed me the cash they promised, hooked up the car, and was on his way! I would recommend these guys to anyone if you're looking to get rid of your car. I wish I would have gotten the drivers name because he was great! Thank you!!
