Barbara was super nice and helpful. However, the wheel didn't get to me for 4 days! The first time I was told the wheel was in Lebanon, then it was in Arkansas. When I finally got it today, the sticker said Nixa, Mo. I know things happen sometimes and that is understandable.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! They replaced stuff on our car but the car still didn't work. Finally after a week they decide its an electrical problem and they can't fix it. But they still charge us $500 for the parts and labor! They replaced things that didn't have anything to do with the problem and still expect us to pay. We still don't have a car that works and we're out $500! They told us that the car was ready to be picked up and it died a few blocks away so we called them and told them we needed it towed back to their place. They thought it was so nice of them to not charge us for that towing! What a joke! It breaks down after they said it was fixed and we're supposed to pay them towing AGAIN?! They wouldn't even compromise and give us a half of the money back. We will never, ever go back to this place and I will make sure that I tell everyone I know not to come here. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. If you're going to cost me $500, I'm going to make sure I cost you $500+ in business! You need to learn that if you're going to charge someone that much money the car needs to be fixed. You can't just do whatever you want to the car, you have to make sure what you fix has something to do with the problem. You all are a joke and you're going to end up getting sued if you keep screwing people over the way you do!

AVOID!! STAY AWAY!! I would give them no stars if I could. They sell damaged parts and won't do anything about it. I talked to the manager Ryan who was going to talk to his boss John. He was going to call me back. It's been a week and I have not received a call back. I tried calling again and was transferred to Ryan where the phone just rang and rang and rang and rang and then I got disconected. They will never have my business again. A business who can't even call back or try to resolve an issue.

I went to Bay less auto last winter because my truck window was smashed during a theft. I got a new window there and opted to have them put it in. When I picked my truck up someone had stuck a screw driver in my door lock causing it to no longer work. I went inside and told the staff but they just acted defensive saying it didn't happen on their lot. I explained that it did happen there They came and looked at it then said they would replace it when the got a different lock in. I called them twice after they told me both times nothing had come in. The window installed by them eventually came off the track and had to be repaired at the dealer. I will never have anymore work done their and for them lying saying they would make it right then not keeping their word I feel obligated to let others know of the horrible experience

Ryan at Bayless Tire went above and beyond in helping me out. Was able to find me 2 unique rims for my antique Saab and, 2 temporary rims and tires (just to get me going in the interim), all at a very fair price. He explained everything, and even helped me trouble shoot a few engine problems while I was there. Would highly recommend if you're looking for rims and tires.

The staff was very helpful and the prices were very competitive. I shopped around but nobody came close to the prices. The guys at the tire and wheel store were not only fun but beat all the prices I found. I'll keep coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of buying a set of struts from Bayless Salvage. The rear struts ended up being bad. They offered to look for another set for my car. They couldn't find one so they promptly refunded my money. Also, the shipping was very reasonable. I will definitely deal with them again!

The guys at Bayless are amazing, they are very knowledgeable. They had exactly what I needed, when I walked in, I wasn't real sure if they would have parts for an Acura, but right there in front sat an exact of version of my MDX, wrecjked of course :). They had a guy pull what I needed right on the spot, no wairting, price was half of what a new would had cost me. So before you waste good money on new or before you buy on eBay and wait on shipping etc. Be sure to check them out first. I know I will for now on.Tony

Have used bayless more than once and been beyond satisfied with my services from getting the part I need to the guys who run the place. They always seem to have the part I need for my unusual vehicle. Would recommend to anyone!

Terrible customer service. I've called many times for a part, each time I'm put on "hold" (lays phone on counter) and I wait for over 15-20 minuets. I have been told they might have the part, but they aren't sure so they will call me back and I never get a return call.
