Sat. Busy closes at 10:30 am metal prices goes up and down so take what tbey offer

By chance I didn't get all my money out of the till when I got paid and drove out without noticing. Five minutes later I got a phone call to let me know (I had called earlier and the guy used caller ID to track me down) and I came back and got it. So yeah, good experience and highly recommended.

On a saterday we pulled up at 9:55 am because google states they close at 10:30. When we pulled up the gate was closed but a guy was standing outside by the gate and he started shaking his head at us ( as if to say I can’t believe y’all are here right now) apparently the scales close at 10 ( first of how are we suppoused to know that when googles closing time states 10:30) every single one of the guys that work here where rude to us because I guess we pulled up right before they where closing. This is not a way to treat the people who help to pay your checks!

I've been going to this location for over a decade. No real issues to speak of of until today. The type of aluminum I brought in usually goes for around .35 per pound. Person in the position of authority chose to redefine the description which basically cut the price in half. Guy working the scales said as much.I didn't want to keep that much weight on my truck and the boss wouldn't budge.I'm a single guy and it won't cause me any real heartache but if it's a significant means for you or your family then be sure and pay attention of you choose to go there.

Easy to get to, easy to unload, easy to work with, and they always seems to have one of the best/highest payouts! They do NOT have 3 different payouts for the same metal just for stupid little picky differences(examples from other places. Cans 65¢ for "no bag" and 60¢ for "bagged" or 60¢ for under 100lbs and 65¢ for over 100lbs...ect.) at Bay Metal it's a simply awesome one price!!Thank you Bay Metal!

Don't waste your time going on a Saturday unless you call first. The sign reads "Open 8-?". Nobody was there at 11:45. Now I have to unload my truck again. Otherwise they are very nice people.

This is THE BEST place to handle your business....absolutely, hands down- the friendliest, kindest staff that you will ever meet. They will take care of you, help you in anyway that they can. It was great ,small hiccup on the computer I didn't mind the weight other than that okay made some money which is great
