    Super easy and fast! I was referred by a friend and I'm happy that I contacted them. Prompt with returning calls/texts and making an appointment to have my vehicle picked up was a smooth process. The gentleman that met me was very polite and professional and I left confident that everything was taken care up. Hopefully I'll never have another junk car, but if I do I will definitely contact LA Junk Cars.

    The people that work here are not friendly!!!!! It appears to be a place where homeless people sleep in the cars or in their RV's, He is allowed to bum cigarettes from people and threaten people! The owner doesn't care!! so be careful if you come to this establishment! Oh yea and be careful standing around the area when they are driving they will run you over and act as if they didn't see you and then the homeless tweeker dude that lives in the RV will threaten you because you don't like having to literally jump out of the way of the dipshit driving because he backed up right into you hitting your water bottle and all and then just drives off!!!! I think they call that a hit and run??? I will be calling the police to report he incident!!! The owner heard the commotion and choice to stay hidden behind the gates! Well see if he comes out when the police show up!!!To bad they don't stand behind their slogan: (this was copied from their website) What a joke:"You are treated like a part of the family at our shop, and with 45 years of experience in the same location, our reputation for customer satisfaction and friendly service is exceptional."
