This is by far the best scrap yard I have ever been to. All of the staff were very accommodating. They make everything so easy on the customer even if you have a really big load, they go out of their way to make it easy on you. Remember please take care of the workers. It is a hard job and they are in all the elements and they give a huge hand unloading. Plus they are straight up with you. I have had other yards call things #2 copper when it was number #1 for oxidation. They are honest and that goes a long way with me. Hats of to them.

6.25.21 Like so many others have said the customer service is outstanding. The young lady in the office is extremely friendly and that extends to the yard staff and dock guys. I am 76 and they help me unload which is greatly appreciated. My grand boys love to go with me as they enjoy the experience. It's very educational too.

got there late in the day for my pickup and they loaded me and I really appreciate them for that thank you and I hope if I pick backup there again I will be a little bit earlier I can't say enough for I really appreciate them loading me when I got there late because they did not have to so thank you guys and I really appreciate it

I've been taking stuf to bear town for years on a small scale and I think they have nicer guys than any of their other branches. I know for sure they have given me more than my load was worth on at least one occasion. I've been very happy. Another big plus is that there is plenty of room to maneuver unlike many scrapyards.

Beartown staff has always been quite helpful - even to a small time recycler like myself. When there is a rush of customers they still seem to always have their act together and you can get in and out no problem. They keep good records and provide the reports every time I need one.
