Ben removed 2 dumptruck loads of old furniture, garbage, yard waste, debris that had been thrown onto the property by a tenant. He removed a 30' tree log that had fallen across the driveway by cutting it in chunks and putting it off to the side for firewood use. He filled potholes in the driveway, leveled out the soil piles for future planting purposes, replaced rotted handrails on the deck, recycled old tires and propane tanks and so much more.
