    My name is Victor Palmer, I'm the owner of Quality Transmission as well as Quality Automotive & Diesel Repair in Riverside, CA. On 11/17/2016 a local church group from Riverside had their 2010 Toyota Sienna towed to our Shop. After diagnostics were preformed we found that the engine needed to be replaced. On 11/21/2016 I called Armando, the owner of BEYOND AUTO RECYCLER and ordered the 3.5L low mileage engine for the Toyota Sienna. Today is 3/22/2017 and the Toyota Sienna was towed back to our shop with a blown head gasket. So i called Armando, the owner of BEYOND AUTO RECYCLER this morning and told him what was going on. His reply... Your a month out of warranty and I can't help you! Now this makes me wonder if the mileage he told me was on the engine is even true, how does a low mileage engine blow a head gasket 4 months after we install it? His last words to me were... I'm not going to be out a $1000.00. What about my customer ARMANDO and their church, what about the money they are out due to the piece of gunk engine you & your company sold us? Armando, your a rip off!I would stay far away from this place, selling high priced engine's that don't even last past four months. It's really sad that they would do this to someone, let alone a church...
