Talked with the owner about a new set of tires and he was very knowledgeable of everything I asked about .He was very polite. Also had a state inspection done on my wife's car and they jumped right on it and was done on a timely matter .I will definitely be back !

Great work, and fair prices.

We came up from Florida over Thanksgiving this past November to see friends in Winterville and to check out houses. We are considering moving here.While visiting, my water pump went bad and Big Boy’s was suggested for the repair.Although the owner and employees were very nice their pricing was way out of line with what they charged me for repairs.I was sort of stuck and had to have the work done.When I returned home I got estimates from several repair shops; showing them the work that was done and discovered that my repair job was about $700.00 more at Big Boy’s than here in Florida.I wrote a lengthy email to the owner with very specific pricing estimates and told them I felt that I had beenovercharged a lot compared to 3 repair shops at home.I did not even receive the courtesy of a response from them.It made me recall that old expression; “Silence implies agreement”.If I end up moving to Winterville Big Boy’s will NOT be my go to repair shop.Got badly burnt once but won’t again.Sorry Joe; but you did not treat me fairly and I’m very disappointed.

I've had my belt replaced twice this year, and after a week and a half the belt was squealing again after the second time. That's not right. I'll just take it somewhere else now. I do like the people that work there. They are very nice. That's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. I hate to leave this review because I do like the place, but paying to fix the same thing twice and not having it fixed leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Dropped my work van off at 8am and it was ready for pick up that same day by closing..was expecting it to take aleast 2 days to get parts to fix my back doors and replace side door handles ..but they jumped on it and got it taken care of ..customer service was over the top also sent amazing detailed quote with pics and a detailed health check of my van before any work was done to make me aware of any other existing issues I had that i may not have known about..and did a wonderful job on my requested repairs and oil change..thanks a million guys great service goes along way with me
