Very horrible business person...Steve is...very disrespectful...hangs up on you while ur still speaking. Has my vehicle and my deposit for 5 months now...won't or can't fix it..and refuse to return my $1200 deposit. I called him for parts and he offered to do the work. Gave him down payment he came for the vehicle and I haven't seen my gold jeep grand Cherokee v8 4.7 2014 since😢😢

Went to buy tires and rims for my granddaughters car. Was told cost with tax would be $270.00 also was told if they didn't work I could return and get refund. Gave the man a Ten dollar tip for putting tires in trunk. Tires didn't work went back about refund and was told I could not get my money back. If you do business with these people get a receipt so you have proof of sale.. Do your business elseware

I've always had great luck here. Low mileage, professionally pulled parts at reasonable prices. Hey- even the oddball parts ! I once got a low mileage 1987 mitsubishi van motor here after having a vehicle stolen, then recovered and the thieves had messed up the engine. Great to deal with !

If i could give less than 1 star i definitely would. These people are terrible. Not only do they lack customer service skills but after getting my transmission through them for a "decent" price i sent 2 other people there not only have all 3 of us had an issue with the transmission since its been replaced but my aunts vehicle which had many new parts including brakes put on prior to being taken there came back more than a month later after being told it will be done in a few days, then it was tomorrow and so on but there were NO brakes on the way home, exhaust was hanging off the vehicle she paid up front almost $2000 and then the day she picked it up he charged her another $108 for fluids which we were told was included to begin with and charged on the first receipt. Never ever get any work done here obviously they are not above ripping new parts off your vehicle to put on someone else's. Im beyond disgusted! Complete rip offs!!!!

Totally disrespectful !!!! They said dont buy it and hung up the phone when I tried to clarify the price and part in question . They charge more then the local auto part store and have no shame about it . If you buy an engine or transmission run the serial numbers to get the vin # and last owner , check if the mileage is correct with the previous owner possibly the DMV can help .. Same goes for Lake Auto Parts unless they have changed their ways and matters . Seriously they buy high mileage scrap cars for 250 and are to cheap to buy good ones with low milage from an insurance company or auctions . If ever an issue arises with your USED auto part from a salvage yard and they don't honor customer care contact the Better Business Bureau .

Just bought my 3rd vehicle from here. Never had a issue with the old salvage man. I think hes quite funny and nice. Ill be doing business with him for a long time to come.

I bought a few motors from Bill's and I was surpised to see them looking Brand new.. Even though the Motors had 45k-100k there was no rust on them at all. Great People will do more business with them.

Waste of time. Listen to other reviewers. Unless you have all the time in the world to deal with somebody who'll ditch you and make you wait for him, don't come here. I don't care for rudeness on the phone, but I called and let him know I will be there in 45 minutes--when I arrived, Steve wasn't there. He "went to town" and "should be back in 20 minutes." No thanks.

Called 2 days ahead to pick up a part. Confirmed they had it 24 hours prior to pick up. Agreed on pick up time. Show up and wait 20 mins to hear from a snotty, jaded old salvage man that someone is pulling the part now. Sorry dude, that's not how this world operates. Clean up your attitude and do what you say when you say, AND DON'T LET MONEY WALK OUT THE DOOR.
