Thankful to have this BMW specialist nearby. Went in for several different lights that were coming on intermittently &, my car was diagnosed and fixed with in about 24 hours. I also had an issue with the radio which I had taken to another shop previously (owned by a former master technician of a bmw dealer) and they didn’t know what the problem was w the radio and told me to replace the controls but I didn’t feel like that was the problem and I was right!. These people were very knowledgeable they knew immediately what the problem with my radio was (what I had suspected) & that was also fixed. I felt the pricing was fair and the service was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back for everything I need done with my car. I placed an order for a wire harness bracket 12/30/2021. I offered to send a picture of the part and was told it wasn’t needed. I was told the part would ship that day. I waited for the part for 4 days (I only live 2 hours away). When it didn’t come, I called to check on it. I was told it hasn’t been shipped. This happened multiple times. After constantly calling, it finally arrive. IT WAS THE WRONG PART!I called again. I was told to send a picture and the part would be sent the same day. After multiple lies of it being shipped, I was finally given the tracking number. WRONG ADDRESS!I called again. They assured the post would be shipped again to my address. I called multiple times to get a tracking number after being told it was shipped. I was given excuse after excuse. I was finally given a tracking number 2/8/2022. It said the label has been created and is not in the system, which means they just shipped it. The company is full of liars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!I spent over a month waiting for a part.

Ben.... Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers service is number 1 in order for your business to strive for year's and clearly ben miss that lesson.Ben sold me a broken parts for my BMW, i called the office to exchange the parts and ben refused to exchange the parts. when it clearly stated on the receipt " all parts comes with a 90 days warranty. No Refunds only exchange or store credit. I am contacting the Better business Bureau to file a complaint. I am taking this all the way up the food chain.

Ben at Bimmer world is very knowledgeable and alot more affordable than a few other places that I won't mention.
