I called for a dumpster rental. The person answering the phone didn’t know if they had one so said she would call back. She didn’t. Two weeks later I called again and finally got a dumpster delivered for $53 a month which I paid in advance. The second payment was $66. I said that’s not what they quoted me and she giggled saying that I have to pay for fuel prices. When I told her they didn’t tell me about paying for fuel she giggled. Actually she giggled at every question I asked until I said You can giggle all you want but that’s not what I was told. Suddenly she didn’t want to giggle anymore. It would be a wise move for Blue Hills to hire professionals.

Not a great experience with this company. Ordered porta john for an event - was supposed to be delivered in the morning of the event - had to call multiple times to get a response as to why it wasn't there and finally was delivered at shortly before 8PM. Then had it scheduled to be picked up on Monday - we are now at Tuesday afternoon and no pickup. Called and just got a "we will get to it" answer. So I HOPE they eventually do. Will look for other options for next time!

I just got off the phone with "BHEA in Eagar. I talked to a very nice gentleman (sorry I didn't get his name), he was so professional, great voice & explained the reason for my question very clearly in regards to my bill. He is the kind of person that makes you want to smile all day! Thank you for the wonderful service!
