Ordered 2 replaement key fobs for my used BMW. They gave me the requirements to do so. I provided them with what was needed. They confirmed that they had what was needed, gave me a purchase number and an expected ship date. They keys actually came 3 days sooner than I expected. I was given directions on how to sync with the vehicle. I followed the directions provided and viola! I had working replacement keys. Everything went very smoothly and I am a happy customer.

BMW Discount Parts have the best prices for BMW and Mini parts period. Prices blow ECS out of the water. What I love about them the most is their communication. They will notify you if your part is stock or need to be order, lead times of when they expect to ship. Always email you tracking number before your parts arrive. Shipping rates very reasonable, I’m located in NY and they are in CA, do the math.

Intuitive website, good prices, responsive customer service. The only issue was when they switched one of my parts​ to a different part based on my provided VIN without telling me. The original part I ordered was correct. They promptly shipped the correct part with paid return shipping for the wrong one. No big deal, but I would rather they double check with the customer before changing the order.
