Trying to purchase a headlight,didnt go to well.When I got to Bob's Auto wrecking I was greated by a young man behind the counter.First encounter he insisted he told me "that's why I said I'd call you, when the part was ready" . He was very rude at that point but I let it go and said that's ok we can just get breakfast while we wait.Then we return: I asked if I could take the headlight out side because it wasnt as clear as was described, so I wanted to show my fiance. The worker said" make sure you bring it back".I was floored by his disrespect and sarcastic behavior. I understand this young man is 19 years old but if your going to have him attending customers he needs to be trained. He is the 1st and last person your customers see,if he continues to belittle people that walk through the door it will eventually be a closed door.

I have never had to pay for parts before they were taken off. Just a little different. But they had my parts or so they said. Hood does not fit and will not return my money.Never will buy from there again. Charged me 175.00 for a hood that doesn't fit.

Very rarely will I leave a negative review. Called about a blue trunk at 8 am. Said they would call me when it was ready. Called at 3pm said to come get it...drove 45 minutes to get it and its WHITE. "oh the other one got smashed" was the answer I got. Steer clear.
