Just rude from the time he answered the phone. Even though we had roadside he wanted us to pay him then us bill our insurance

Location was very difficult to find and address was listed incorrectly in Google. Service was expensive. He charged us $40 extra because we could not be there by 5:00 even though he lives at his business.

This place is for 1 hard as hell to find and 2 they're SO unprofessional.This wrecker business is a joke! Please if your wise you won't use them. He was nothing but disrespectful and rude to me and left knowing I was on my way there so had to wait an hour! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
