    Someone came to my house cold calling about a parts vehicle in my yard. I told him I still needed parts off of it but I would let him know when I was ready to move it. He started texting and calling harassing me to sell him the vehicle and eventually threatened me because I was not ready to let the car go. Very unprofessional behavior. I reported this person to their office. The office apologized and said it was no problem for me to take my time removing what I wanted from the vehicle. The thing that earned them a one star rating is the fact that I did not instigate this encounter. Someone representing themselves as Brookside's employee was canvassing our neighborhood looking for cars to buy.

    These guys are the only place to do business with as far as scrap vehicles, rims and catalytic converters. They are very punctual, and courteous. Instead of treating you like most scrap yards, who feel like they are doing you a favor, these guys actually appreciate your business. Thank you!
