I have bought many parts from this company. Sometimes things are back ordered but they are always the right part. I love the videos. When you have an old truck you have to be patient. I have been waiting a year for door panels from a different company. Cry me a river to the one star review for the back order…. Rookie.

Brothers was the only company that had the small part I needed. They made good on all products sold. Will continue to do business with them. Great customer service. Management reached out to make sure I was satisfied.

Terrible customer service. Ordered new ignition, door and glove box lock as a kit so I can have one key, said they were in stock and would ship in two days. Called back a few days later to get tracking number since I never received an email or status on website regarding same, representative said parts were still on their shelf. Contact at Brothers said they would ship this day, that was over a week ago, still no parts. Called again, parts still on shelf, asked when they would ship and possible arrival date since we were leaving town for a few days on vacation. Representative this time couldn't say when they would ship, but also said they hadn't been impacted by low staff or shipping problems. So I asked why they hadn't shipped, couldn't give me an answer so I asked to cancel order. He asked if I indeed wanted to cancel and I replied yes...so he hung up on me. I ordered same parts from another vendor and had them in two days. As of today I am still waiting on refund for parts never received and apparently never leaving the shelf at Brothers. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company and file a dispute to get the refund. This will be my first and last order with Brothers.

Ordered 2 new vent window handles for my 87 K5 Blazer. They got to me fairly quickly and I was pretty surprised to see how close to the factory handles these reproductions were. Quality seems to be on par if not a little better than the originals even though they're probably made of Chinesium. I'll definitely use Brothers as a resource in the future as I restore this beast.

I have tried to contact Brothers for a couple of months they don't reply to emails. I was on hold for 45 mins gave them my email so they could get back to me with an answer they didn't have at the time when I called and got through. Gage gave me his personal email now he won't reply . So they get a zero for customer service. I gave 2 stars for the price which was OK. My advice is use LMC. I will moving forward.I will be moving my review to 1 star as the part aren't great either

I ordered cluster conversion for my 72 along with led light on September 26. They were back ordered and I waited. They charged my pay pal and I paid for it. I have called several times. About a month ago I received an email that the parts were in and would be shipped in a few days. Last week I called again and they said it was to be shipped out within the week. Still have not received the parts or an email saying it is on the way. If the parts are in, what is so hard to ship out my parts which I have already paid for. Not sure what is going on but this is not right.

I would highly recommend you look elsewhere there are alot of classic rebuild parts and replace oem companies Brothers is overpriced and poor quality. Especially customer service. I just spent $586 dollars and had to send all Back for $75 out of my pocket for thier mistake. By local if possible and stay away from California vendors. Good Guys has some great shows Nationwide and you can but anything there.

This place is trash. Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a sound deadener & jute pad from them, took 7 months without any emails and phone calls from them. Also ordered a PS kit and they send the wrong lines. Now I have to buy the lines locally and it cost me more time & money. Avoid this place, order from LMC, even if you pay more, at least it’ll be the correct products.

Horrible company, I have unfortunately spent a lot of money with them and will never buy a part from them again. Worst customer service, I've emailed, and called, they give you excuses over the phone and tell you to email them but never return your emails. My last batch of product from them was horrible. Nothing worse then a company that has no customer service, or stands by their products. Don't waste your time.

Their catalog is nice and it was easy to order from their site. But after initial checkout, for some small parts, the shipping was $21, not terrible but not great either mind you I live in Alaska and it’s always a little more to get stuff here. The day after placing the order was contacted via email to let me know the shipping cost for my $81 in parts was now going to be $71. When I asked for clarification on the price change I was quoted their overweight and oversized shipping terms and something about alaska. Everything could have been tossed in a flat rate box and shipped for $20?!I’ll give them two stars because they did respond and refund my payment quickly…I’ll just take my money to another company that wants customers
