Absolutely incredible service got to me an hour later after my rv broke down when everyone else was saying 3days to a week and at a better rate than everyone else was going to charge me. Would definitely use them again.

I am a 63 year old handicapped woman and since my stroke in May slightly forgetful, (alot). Very freindly, I locked myself out of my car at Arvest bank, after 2 or 3 hours of asking everyone that came by if they had a screwdriver or for help and trying myself someone called and asked how much he charged to unlock a car, he said 25$ in town. I had him come after hours he was very friendly and kind. He opened my car in about 10 min and didn't even charge me. Thank You so much God Bless You and make you prosper. Straightforward and polite, very efficient. And.. responds faster than any other towing service I’ve used in the past.

Have always done a great job every time I've had to use them.

It was good overall...but very expensive 3 mile tow $1,100 was very easy tow.

If I give this a 0 I definitely I would. I use them to tow my car from my home to a shop which is, 19 miles, 3 times. They charged me 3 different prices the first time they charged me $50, the second time $80, which the second time is understandable because it was a different driver and a different type of tow truck. But the real problem is the 3rd trip it was the same tow truck driver and same tow truck going to the same place. And he told me he was going to charge me $100, but I later found out the he charged me $130. Not only did he lie to me he stole from me. I will never use them again and personally I hope this help others from being swindled by this horrible company.

Had a vehicle at their Westville lot and was given a phone number to contact when we were ready to pick it up. Called the number on Wednesday at 11am and was told that no one could get there until probably 4pm. Home was almost 2 hours away so instead of waiting 5 hours we said we'd pick it up another day. Called again Friday to pick it up and had to wait 3+ hours. We were also told we had to bring exact cash and told a total then when we got there to pick up the truck the total was different. They had our phone number and could've called but no effort was made.

Called the office. Got a super fair quote. They were on their way immediately and friendly and pleasant to boot.

Excellent service, if I need it moved I know I can depend on Burner's to help get it done.
