Budget Bins made my dumpster rental so easy! I had almost fully scheduled the rental myself online, but the only available delivery date shown was over a week out. So I backed out. A customer service rep texted me, and within 15 minutes I had a next day delivery scheduled and all my questions answered! Amazing! Everyone was friendly and kind including the gentlemen who delivered and dropped off (both actions were promptly done at the beginning of the time windows quoted.) Incredible experience. Comparing dumpster rental companies can be like pulling teeth (oh, so painful), because most don't openly list their pricing and almost all of them are closed by the time people get home from work. I tried calling a few different companies, but was having a hard time connecting with an actual human being. I was becoming very frustrated.That's when I got a text from Budget Bins. I had started to fill out their online form to request a quote, but I wasn't sure about the turn-around time. I needed to rent a dumpster quickly, so I abandoned the quote request in favor of trying to reach them by phone instead.I didn't even get a chance to call them yet, when I got their text. Not only were they prompt at noticing I'd been on their website, they already had a quote ready for me based on the scenario I was inquiring about.Everyone I dealt with at Budget Bins was super nice and accommodating.
