The man was rude and defensive for no reason when i asked about my car that was towed to their location. I called the shop twice and he wasnt even sure they had my car yet their tow truck was at the scene. Even when i told him exactly what make and model he went over to the keys and found the car he told me he didn't have.

I would 100% recommend anyone to use there towing, they made the best out of an unfortunate situation (being stack on Hwy out no where in GA). Eddie was quick, efficient, and super friendly. It made an overall bad night into a way better one. He went out of his way to be friendly and accommodating.

I have used Buice's Wrecker for my business and my personal vehicles for years. The best thing about them is that you know they are there to help when you need them! This takes a huge weight off of my shoulders as a business man. It is like they are working with you to help you when you really need it.

I had a driver breakdown Saturday morning. Unfortunately, she was not able to make it off the road completely and had to be towed. The distance she had to be towed was ridiculously small. There is a photo attached.Now, I understand that everybody needs to make money, but the charge was $750 to move the truck off the road. In my opinion, this is excessive.Following the request for those funds, the driver was told she could not pay with a credit card, because he cannot run those on the road. It had to be in Cash. $750 in Cash, or she would be towed back to his shop, the vehicle would be put behind the gate and the towing charges would go up and storage would be added. Also, nobody would be allowed to work on the truck on his lot, so he would have to be paid...again...to tow it to the shop that would be doing the work.At this point, I got on the phone with him, asked a couple simple questions that were met with animosity that I would even question him. I told him I would get a Comchek Express Code, to which he responded:I can't take a Comchek, because I do not have a cell phone to call for the authorization and will not spend time on the side of the road getting it verified. He wanted me to get the number, call his wife and have her verify it. I got the Comchek number, but did not call his wife.I provided the number to the driver and, while I was on the phone, told her to ask for a receipt. Not only does he not take credit cards for an excessive charge, will not verify a Comchek because he has no cell phone, but he will also not provide you with a receipt that you paid him.Then, the tow truck operator proceeded to call, FROM HIS CELL PHONE THAT HE DID NOT HAVE, to verify the funds. I do not take well to liars.Based on what I have experienced with this "person," I recommend staying away from this company. He is rude, overpriced and unwilling to offer simple considerations to the people he is towing by demanding cash and not accepting Credit Cards.

I work for jacks towing in melbourne fl we were driving back a customer truck and trailer from Alabama and broke down in Forsyth Georgia they came really quick it was very polite I would recommend this towing company thanks Terry my name is Sean
