I am a Combat Injured Marine, I have used Bunnell Waste Removal for several years and recently had an unbelievable experience. My body often is in a stage of disability and I could not get my weekly can to the roadway. Matt.and Vinny my Bunnell Reps realized my Waste Can was not there as usual. These men stopped and went up to the house to insure my pick-up would be completed. I was taken aback and teared in appreciation for there consideration. I have not often seen such care like that in a company other than the United States Marine Corps. I thank you Matt and Vinny from the bottom of my heart. Terrible customer service between the gentleman we talked to on the phone lying to us about the price and the truck drivers lying to the boss about the pickups it's just ridiculous. I really hope they get it together we only chose them to keep business local and they was recommended by a good friend.
