    Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming. Free coffee and sometimes doughnuts!!! Phil has excellent customer care and the shop does amazing work!!!

    I was informed by another shop that my rear wheels couldn't be aligned. These guys set me straight and saved me almost $300 by being honest and not changing out my rear upper control arms to adjustable ones that weren't needed after all.Incredibly polite and easy to work with, also managed to hook me up with a factory radio harness for a newer Focus that the Ford dealerships from Valones in Fredonia to Westherr in Hamburg couldn't even acquire since Ford doesn't manufacturer a replacement for then stock radio.Highly recommended for any Ford needs.
