I ordered a pair of hiking boots and they cancelled it without an apology or anything, also invalidating my promo code. I emailed them about it and got NO RESPONSE. I was unable to use my promo code again to re-order.Very unprofessional customer service. Gone into the store a few times and no help can be found. I will never buy anything from these people again.HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid this store like the plague.

It is a pretty nice store. They don't have a bunch of junk like scheels, with golf stuff sports or appeal, just hunting and fishing, and I really like that. I wish they had more shimano reels, and st croix rods, but I was there in the off season, so I will have to go back in the summer.

Amazingly efficiently run for as big as the store is and how many people were there. Even on a busy black Friday could everything I was looking for. Very nice helpful staff.

If I could give you zero stars I would. The girl working was rude and acted like I was bothering her. We went to scheels and spent over a thousand dollars that could have been spent there! Get better employees.

Great staff, that seems to be very in to their aquarium. Staff is always standing around watching the fish. Employees give you room to breathe but allow you to know that you are welcome. Beautiful attraction to the area.
