Bad business .. I will never and I repeat I will never buy or do business wit them again.. Order parts in first week of August took a month to receive them. When I receive them, they was the wrong parts .. call them to try to resolve the problem and they keep giving me the run around.. I spend over $1,000 wit them … they are bad for business… I never experienced business like this …

He got a lot of cars and parts in this place specially for Cadillacs. it's more of a professional mechanic place. it's not for someone that does not know cars really well or is a little afraid to get down and dirty.

Wouldnt email pics of $1200 in used parts before purchase. Acted like it was a ridiculous request. Hard to deal with.

Worst parts store ever!!!!! These people are the most unprofessional business I have had to deal with. Send the wrong parts, then expect you to pay for the shipping to return in. They come up with stories after stories on why it takes forever to even get your part. Dont buy from them unless you want headaches, wrong parts, and wait 3 weeks for 1 part. Useless company!!!!

After 4 months never received my core rebate even though they acknowledged tracking number and return of part to them. After many many phone calls and promises that my account would be credited I have received nothing.

These bozos ripped me off for a $150 usd core charge and then came up with every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn't give me my money back on my visa, DO NOT Use these ripoff artists! I even paid to mail in my old core! Tom is a liar...

TERRIBLE business. Horrible to deal with. "tested" parts arrive not working. You get to pay to return them for exchange, then they send another inoperative part, which you pay to send back again and again. Months go by. Refunds refused....they will not refund hundreds of dollars for garbage parts. Oh! and if you order from their own website....the one that says CADILLAC KING all over it...they refuse refunds claiming it is a third party. I thought I was ordering directly from them...there was nothing to indicate otherwise...I was charged by, the part shipped by, and the invoice generated by CADILLAC KING. Nightmare, dishonest, and unprofessional company.

Was honestly worried about ordering from then because there are a lot of negative reviews on the internet. I took a chance and tried them for myself. Honestly... I'm happy with my purchase. Ordered 2 lower end front bumpers for my 66' and an a.c. sensor grill for my dash. I ordered on 8/23 got my order 11/2. Delivery took forever (their rechromer was behind they said) and they definitely aren't the best on keeping you up to date on what's going on with your order. However, if you call and act like a decent human... they are nice and check on the status of your order. I called about once a week to check in and they never once complained about it. My parts were shipped and arrived and they are in great shape. The chrome looks great! Got exactly what I ordered.Honest review: give them a shot but don't be a tool. There's not many places you can go to get classic parts so be patient with them. I'd definitely do business with them again.
