I had a good experience with Calumet Auto parts. I purchased a transmission from them. It was in good shape and great working order. The price was very good compared to other yards.The customer service was great. Johnathan was great to deal with. He was very responsive to my emails.The only reason I can't leave 5 stars is because it took longer than estimated to get the transmission from their yard in Ohio to the Milwaukee yard.

They had the exact part I needed at a fair price. The sales person, Art, was very helpful and made sure the part was ready for pickup quickly. Upon pickup the warehouse staff helped me load the part into my vehicle.

Clearly shows on their website they were selling brake rotors for a 2000 GMC. Called to set up to pick them up, guy on other end of the line was adamant they don’t sell them. Asked him then why is it on your website that you do? His well thought out response? “I don’t know”. Don’t even bother giving them your business. Many other used auto parts dealers around.

Ordered a rear bumper for my car I gave them the exact details for it and the receipt they emailed read so. After my ordered being delayed or lost trough the mailing service it arrived after 15 days. It took me 12 days to acquire a tracking number emailed to me from them. The box that arrived had the wrong tracking number, it was the wrong part. I drove 30mins to return the part and solve the problem in person. After calmly waiting and being understanding we found the right part and agreed on a call later that day to confirm that the part was correct and I could give them the address of my desired shop for them to mail it to. I never received the call I mentioned that I had a plane to catch to them and I needed that part by today and if not possible at least get it ordered and payed the overdraft for so it could be installed when I was away. I tried calling to see if maybe they just forgot as they are always busy when I try calling, throughout different times of the day I could not get anyone to speak to. When I called today to just simply get my return and did not feel like explaining the details as all they would need was my name for the order. The worker got offended and kept talking over me to end with “yeah that’s fine come get your money”... Sir I payed online; had to call back once more to genuinely get it settled.

Needed a part for my wife's car and they found it for me. A+ service.

Extremely kind service. I needed a rim and tire set, and they went above and beyond to find the lug nuts on the ground and give them to me free. (Would have been $40 at the dealership).Simon was very helpful on the phone. And went out of his way to go out and check for my size.

Called today as I needed a replacement rim for my 2008 Ford Fusion. They were very courteous on the phone, let me know they had one in stock and I stopped by this afternoon and bought it. Price was reasonable, and their service was excellent. Would definitely buy from them again.

My mom and I traveled over an hour and ended up here looking for a tail light and piece of trim for her van. Raj was very honest, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend this be your first stop when looking for a part for your vehicle.
