Needed a used transmission for a customer's car. We are about an hour and a half away. They were kind enough to hang onto it for us until we had the time to get over there and pick it up. Brad was super cool, really friendly, and told us about the tortoise they had there. More importantly, there was a friendly dog that demanded love, which my wife was thrilled about. The transmission was the correct one and we have not had any problems with it. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Needed a rear hatch for my 2008 Toyota Yaris. Called and was greeted very pleasantly. They had what I needed for a very reasonable price. Pulled the part for me and had it ready by the next day for pickup. Would highly recommend them for parts and customer service.

Overall I had a great experience except at the very end but it all workout. I was able to pull my own parts which ensures me getting everything that I needed. The staffs were very helpful with assisting. It took me going through 7 states and a hotel to get to drew auto parts. I highly recommend drew for your next parts search.
