ZERO STARS! High priced parts compared to surrounding areas that aren't even tested. Bought a starter that didn't work. Replacement didn't work. The manager asked if I had the vehicle diagnosed because more likely than not, there's another issue. Had the vehicle diagnosed by Nix Chevrolet and was told that after bench-testing both starters, they were BOTH in fact BAD!Very unpleasant experience. While there, one of the employees was cursing over a radio and the manager was REALLY, REALLY RUDE.Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Somebody needs to investigate this place and shut the doors down.

I visited this salvage yard about a year and a half ago. I wasn't overly impressed. I felt the customer service was average, at best.Desperate to locate parts for my car, I had no choice but to give them a call again. What a difference! I worked with "Tom" who was super friendly and upfront about my options. He was able to find everything I needed and for about half the cost of what I was expecting. Needless to say, I was very pleased with this experience and will definitely be back!!! Well, hopefully not; But, it's nice knowing that if something does go wrong with my car, there's a place I can trust.

I've never physically been here, but I called this morning after receiving the news from my mechanic that my transmission needed to be replaced. It's an older one ton and there just aren't a lot of them left. No problem for Tom. He found me a remanufactured one for about the cost of the few remaining high mile used ones. On top of that, he was able to have it shipped directly my mechanic. Awesome dude! Awesome place! Top notch!

These guys are good! I called just about every junk yard google had a listing for and no one had the parts I needed. Granted, it wasn't an easy find. Car Bonz found it though and they hooked me up. I've been buying secondhand parts for a longtime, but never have I been taken care of as good as this. These guys are legit! Friendly. Good prices. A+

I've been using Car Bonz Salvage for many years, long before it was even called that. This business has earned mixed reviews over the years, which is to be expected, but they have always taken care of me and stood behind their products. Mark and Randy have been there since the dawn of time it seems, and are an wealth of knowledge. Tom has been a great addition to the team, as others have rightfully expressed. I can honestly say this is the best bunch of guys yet. Definitely recommend using Car Bonz!

I drove 4.5 hours to pick up parts from these guys just to find out they have them sitting on end on the concrete getting scratched up. On top of that, they didnt have everything I ordered, and the grill I purchased (for $100) didnt even have the emblem in it!! They were very vague over the phone about the condition of these parts even though a blind man could see the damage. Very poor customer service, I wish I could give them a good review but after what dealing with them, I would never recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't mind near as much if they were up front with the condition and also gave me a fair price based on the condition of them but that wasn't the case.

Mad SHOUT OUT to Tom and to whoever pulls parts here. Came and in paid and less than 30 minutes later I had a call from him telling me it was ready. Best price I've found and fastest service. This place rocks.

I was going to purchase a transmission today, but their a part store closed on Saturday. Do you even understand your customer base. 90% work on week days, and only have Saturday to do car work. so good luck with that Genius business plan

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! I was in there the other day and received the worst customer service. I called and got a quote only for them to jack the price up when I got there in person... so unprofessional... they should be ashamed of themselves!

Great place to get parts! I called and worked with Tom. Really chill dude. Walked me through the different options for my vehicle and hooked me up with a great price. Def recommend.
