First off I was denied right down the street at patriot I had no money down and no ride home which was in another town. I had to get a cat I just moved here started a job a week ago. The lady who helped me offered a ride if I didn’t get a car but they made it work and was up front about everything for my first car ever off the lot car mart of mcalester is amazing

I went through car mart years ago and had such a horrible experience that I have told everybody I know not to go to carmart. Against my wishes my bestie went to carmart because they where they only place that would work with her, and she ended up not being able to make her payments. They drove out in a snow storm to discuss her options and expressed very clearly that it would be a repossession and that it would hurt her credit. It took her a while to get everything fixed and they waited. I am very happy with how she was treated!

My husband and I have had a very difficult 4 years financially. A lengthy worker’s compensation battle followed up by Covid had devastated our credit. The topper to it all was our car caught fired and burned the inside. We needed a car desperately. We had shopped around at a couple of other dealerships and got treated like they were doing us a favor by even talking to us. It was all about the money with them and nothing but lies and manipulation. When went to Car-Mart, we were treated with respect and kindness. We picked out a nice vehicle that fit our needs, signed the papers and we were done in a matter of an hour. While we were leaving, the manager Heidi was having a heart to heart with another customer. I gathered he was down on his luck but she was so kind to him and encouraging to him. That right there told me all I needed to know. Here we had spent 2 weeks getting jacked around by a dealership down the road but came to Car-Mart and was treated like friends! I am very thankful we were able to get the car we did!
