Sherman and crew always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful over the phone or in person. They always have what we need for the best price. My husband is rebuilding an Audi TT and they have what he needs. My son often needs parts for his 1996 BMW 328i and we have never had to look anywhere else to get what he needs for the best price. Really good to their customers and their employees. 100% recommend!

Service has been exceptional every time I am there. Their staff is always willing to come out to my car to access which part I need, and even has helped install something small. Their customer service is unparalleled. I appreciate that they treat all customers equally in lieu of discriminating against people of varying beliefs as so many other Ashland businesses have done. Hands down the worst auto part shop you'd ever visit. Low quality parts, over priced to the level barely legal, and attitude all staff treated every single customers in line like dirt. We had no choice but going here as we were stuck in Ashland during a heavy snow fall. Due to defects, we ended up rebuying parts and equipment in Medford. Avoid this dump of auto shop at all cost.

Went in to get a battery tested got helped by a very nice gentleman named Christian... couldn't of been anymore helpful than what he was... good guy great service!
