The shittiest service that i have ever ecpirenced. First they ordered the wrong part TWICE then told me that it needed to come fron the dealership, so we gave them my vin number on a weekday and on the weekend. i went in to go see if it was on the way and they said that it would be put in fist thing monday and i called tuesday and they said that it just hasnt got there yet then thurday (my car had been out of commission for a week now) i call and they tell me this bullshit that my vin number was bad and they could get a hold of me becuase it said "this carrier is not accepting calls" ive had the same number for 4 yrs. Needless to say i will NEVER EVER go back to carguest. I am young and just started college and working full time and I dont libe with my parent. I need my car. So unbelievable.
