They would quite literally give the shirts off their backs in order to help someone. They were persistent in helping us with what we needed even when other businesses couldn't.     Awesome service. I was traveling and needed a new battery. They had the specific one I needed and they installed it for me. It was 100+ degrees outside! It was not the easiest install and he did it anyway. Highly recommend this place!

    Unfamiliarity with automobiles in the most general sense. I contacted Carquest looking for an OBDII splitter in order to power my dash cam and my OBDII MX+ diagnostic module - both requiring the use of an OBDII port. When this information was provided to the associate, confused, he inquired “An O...D B two...what is it you are needing?”I explained it more simply and asked if that was something there is a possibility they would Cary and “if you are unsure would you mind asking another associate, I’m cool with holding..”. Promptly, I mean promptly, I received a “no we don’t have those.”Every car since 1996 has an OBDII port, other than the fact that cars have tires and need oil, a car part store employee should know this term.
