Patt is amazing! I lost my lug nut key and called Carquest to see if they could help me replace it. Patt answered the phone and after describing what I needed, he offered to give out his personal cell number so I could text a picture to him to make sure it was the right part. At the store, he found what I needed, but it was part of an expensive kit so he asked a manager if it would be ok to sell it as a single item. The manager approved and I went on my merry way. Once I got home I realized I had one more issue, but I checked the time and realized they closed 1 minute ago. I decided to try calling anyway, and guess who picked up? Patt. He was able to help me resolve my issue quickly. Give this man a raise! He went above and beyond to help me on my Saturday project.

Don’t have me spend 30 minutes with you adding my information, so I can return my battery. Then come back in to return my battery and now you can’t find my information. You will not take my battery. Get your company together.

Deceptive pricing. Prices of items in store are 10-20% lower than what they charge you. Associates say it's due to old pricing stickers.

I am really impressed with the service here. They were knowledgeable about there product and quickly helped me find what I needed. As I was checking out the teller offered to put on my new windshield wipers for me. It was pouring rain outside! Two ladies came out and replaced my wipers for me. It was above and beyond customer service! Thank you!
