I've dealt with this place several times and was always impressed and satisfied. However this last trip was unfortunately the last I will make. They kept my truck for a full week on a 5 or 6 hour job. Never mentioned that they were so backed up that it would take that long. Estimated cost= $500, actual cost= $878. big difference in my wallet. Extremely Disappointed.....Never Again.

I had my mazda miata towed to this shop to have a clutch replaced if bleeding did not fix my problem. They priced the parts for 250 and 4 hrs for labor i was good with that. They keeped my car for a week and during the time my car was at their shop my car got hit. Destroyed the driver door and the driver side fender. I was expecting good customer service but what I got was that they were not responsible for the damage. And then they charged me 85 dollars towed my car back to the house and did not even attempt to fix the car. Luckily I had called the sweetwater police and made a report about what happened to the car. The shop has no cameras so I don't have any ideal when it happened and I wasn't even called to tell me that my car got hit. No customer service, no apology, no attempt to make it right. I will never ever use this company and if I was you I wouldn't use them for anything. They said that they contacted their insurance company but its been a week and no word from anyone. As soon as my police report comes in, it looks like I will have to get a lawyer and sue them. Sad that this happened because if they took care of me I would have used them for all my car repairs. I will never buy anything from them or have them work on anything.

We had a breakdown on our truck while close to Sweetwater, the guys that helped us out were the nicest people we have ever met. The service we received was very fast and good quality. Thanks to Jack and Joe at Car Quest as well as "Corn Bread" for the free ride and Don for the tow service and help with Motel. Thank you all. Tim

Had my Jeep in for a cooling system problem. Radiator fan was running on high all the time and it was overheating at times. I like the fact that they had it in and out in 1 day. The Jeep is not overheating but the radiator fan is still running high all the time. They replaced a cracked thermostat housing. My complaint is, is that the cooling issue is not fixed. Radiator fan runs on high all the time still (But it is not overheating, like it was, which is good). Second complaint, they didn't call me before they started the work. Had I known they were going to replace the thermostat housing, I would have had them go ahead and put a fail-safe thermostat in while they had it at their shop. So a phone call would have been appreciated and I left with just a patch-job. I still have some sort of cooling system problem. So I'm back at square one here. Update as of 11/21/2018. After the service the anitfreeze was still leaking, and I brought it back to them after trying to diagnose the leak with radiator pressure tester kit. It turned out to be leaking from the bleeder screw on the replaced thermostat housing. They did a flush and tightened the screw down for me for free. So I think they are a very reasonable shop as far as my dealing with them on my coolant leak issue.
