    This process was quick and easy. My car wasn’t in condition to drive and was still offered a very fair price for it. The pick up process was free, and had no problem setting that up.     The first person I talked to, booked an appointment time I didn’t agree to. The time slots they give you are 6 hours, so hopefully you’re okay waiting the day away for them to call. I was informed I’d have a phone call when they were an hour away, but I received a 20 minute warning.
