After being forced to give my number and email only to be called by a robot who offered one price, then asked for a thousand pictures , and lowered the price , then asked for more pictures including the title. A week had gone by and I still had no definite answer. Stay away from websites and "national" dealers who promise you the world , then pass your information onto a third party. STAY LOCAL ! Eli was amazing. I called and spoke to him directly. A live person DIRECTLY on the second ring! He showed up 15 minutes later . He came. He saw. He offered. We accepted. We signed. He paid. It was so easy and so seamless and most of all completely hands on. There was no phone tag or automated messages or customer service 2000 miles away who had no idea who I had been "partnered with". I can't believe all the time we wasted. Eli was amiable, professional and truly knew the business of car buying and selling. He came prepared with bill of sale and a drill to remove the license plate. I feel very confident that we made the best deal today, in less time than it takes to order lunch .
